What does it feel like to breathe?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 06, 2009:
Energizing! Focusing on my breath reconnects me to my source, my mind, and my environment. I feel like dancing and laughing and creating all at once. Breathing is good :) When I forget to take big appreciate breaths that's when I start getting stressed, and sometime I don't even recognize it. Luckily one giant 'thank you for this experience' inhale followed by an 'I'm not letting anything stand in my way' exhale resolves this problem immediately.
